Vitamins present in sweet potatoes are huge. It consists of Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. Since they are a good source of potassium, body builders use it for healthy heartbeat and nerve signals.

Apart from proteins and vitamins present, sweet potatoes are known to have rich amount of carbohydrates. This in turn provides you with immense energy for workouts.
