AIPMT Examination for the academic session 2015-16 was earlier scheduled for May 3, 2015. But due to some discrepancies, on the order of the Supreme Court exam was re-scheduled and hence it will be conducted on July 25, 2015. Out of the total seats in all medical and dental colleges run by the State Government, Central Government, Local Authorities of India and Municipal Corporation (except in the states of Jammu and Kashmir, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh) will be filled using the score of AIPMT Exam.
AIPMT Result for the re scheduled exam is supposed to be declared in the month of August 2015 on the official website of AIPMT. For the candidates who belong to Reserved Category CBSE will not host any separate result.
Re-Evaluation of Answer sheet: There is no provision of getting the answer sheets re-evaluated. Therefore no correspondence for the same shall be entertained.
AIPVT Merit List: On the very same day when the result will be declared Merit list will also be published on the official website. No separate merit list for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.

AIPMT Counselling
The dates and time and the process that will be adopted by Directorate General of Health Services for counselling or say for the Final admission will be intimated later but on the very same day when the result will be declared. The schedule and procedure of Counseling will be based on merit/ wait list and the information about the same would also be available on Medical Counselling Committee.
Mere appearance of the candidate does not automatically guarantee admission to a State Medical Colleges/Universities/ Institutions. If the candidate fails to appear in person on the specified date and time for whatsoever reason shall forfeit the claim for a seat under 15% All India quota. Further no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
